Australian orders will be dispatched to on within 24 hours of receiving your order. International orders within 48 business hours of us receiving your order.
We use delivery services that allow the parcel to be tracked as each parcel carries a traceable bar code to ensure the parcels whereabouts is always known. Please ask for consignment number in comments if you wish to use the tracking service.
Shipping within Australia is Free. Please see below for International rates.
Most parcels are delivered with 24 – 48 hours of ordering if delivery is within Australia. However this may vary for remote locations. If any foreseeable delays arise we will notify you as early as possible.
Sprocket Rocket & Co also offers a FREE gift-wrapping and can send your gift direct to the recipient. This service is offered to you at the checkout.
International delivery
Sprocket Rocket & Co. can deliver internationally. International orders will be dispatched within 48 – 72 hours of ordering. The expected delivery time for international orders is up to depending on location. Please see refer to the international shipping charges below.
