Privacy

Sprocket Rocket & Co. have a strict privacy and any personal details will be kept safe and confidential and will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold unless otherwise required by law, and will only be used to process your order.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%).  Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Sprocket Rocket & Co guarantees products that are of a high quality however if the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected then please contact us and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item value in full. 

Sale Items - Sorry no refunds on sale items and sale items are not exchangeable or able to be placed on back order.

We have a strict quality assurance procedure but if for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel please contact us so we have the opportunity to rectify the problem. 

If a displayed product becomes unavailable Sprocket Rocket & Co. will contact you within 48 hours to organise an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will replace the item or refund the item’s value.  Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact.

To organise an exchange or refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.  You can contact us by email sales@sprocketrocket.com.au or phone us on 0412 829 520.  Once you have notified us place the item in the mail and include a self-addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original.

Misplaced Orders

All Sprocket Rocket & Co. parcels are sent using trackable services so your parcel can be tracked at all times.  If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time contact us and we will track it for you, and update you as soon as possible.

Ordering

Sprocket Rocket & Co. provides our customers with a safe and easy shopping experience.  At the checkout you have the options of:
•    PayPal/Credit Card
•    Direct Deposit’ option.  You will then be presented with our Banking Details.  Please use your order number as your deposit reference.  And once your funds have cleared we will send your beautiful package to you straight away.
If you require another option please phone on: 0412 829 520 and we endeavour to come to an arrangement which is satisfactory to both parties.

If there is another way you would prefer to pay us such as cheque, please either e-mail, fax or phone us.
